Ryan’s work ethic is outstanding, he was punctual and his workmanship 100%. We had a bathroom, bedroom and laundry renovated by Cut-Once. This meant the removal of a wall, electrical, tiling and plumbing work. Ryan organised all the tradesman to be there as others completed their work, therefore there was no time wasted completing the renovations as quickly as possible.

Dear Ryan
We want to take the time to let you know how pleased we both are with our new “Outdoor Kitchen Area” extension. Since the completion of your work the excitement we get when opening the blinds in a morning looking out on the new area has yet subsided.
Having moved into our brand new home around two years ago and although pleased with our new property we felt that an outdoor kitchen area would add to the value of the property and give us a place to enjoy a BBQ and relax in.
The challenge for the builder would be that I wanted the extension to match the existing property so that it would look as if it was an original part of the house design.
To say that I am a fussy person would be an understatement; I write this recommendation for Cutonce and Ryan Brock to whoever considers using his services as he was:
I should stop here as those two items are enough to warrant attention but there are more:
- Attention to detail
- Pride in his work and finished product
- Organising all other associated services and installations in a timely manner
- Respectful of my requirements and made adjustments to suit my needs
- Maintained access to yard area throughout
- Kept a clean and tidy workplace on a daily basis (we have a pet dog)
- Worked in an efficient and safe manner
- Worked solidly day after day in extreme temperatures
A component of the work was to install the new extension roof into the existing sloped colour bond roof. Watching this being built gave me an insight into the skills that Ryan possesses and has outdone my expectations.
The hardwood timber decking was installed to absolute millimetre perfection and is a highlight of the area.
We are so much looking forward to the warmer weather when we can sit outside and enjoy the area to its fullest.
