Renown Park

Designed by Energy Architecture this extension is built for energy efficiency. Something the myself and the guys at Energy Architecture are incredibly passionate about.

120mm Timber frame walls and 400mm ceiling rafters to allow for a thicker insulation batt. Thoughtfully placed windows and doors allow for the northern sun to heat up the polished concrete slab in the winter,  whilst blocking it out in the summer. Breezeway’s allowing for free flowing air to keep the house cool in those summer months.

Double glazed UPVC windows, custom built in house roof trusses, exposed copper conduit and a mixture of Barestone, TruOak and Maxline cladding, all come together to make this house an absolute delight.
