Room for the family

 We were lucky enough to have been involved with this project right from the get-go.

Our clients lived in a small, old house on this large property in Seaton for many years. As very social people they dreamed of building a spacious home to enjoy as a family and to entertain in. Our clients also wanted to subdivide the property and sell the neighbouring house off the plans. 

We were extremely excited by this large project and jumped at the opportunity. We took every measure to ensure that we assisted with not only the build, but all aspects of the project. We took care of the planning, design, council approvals, subdivision of the land and even found an appropriate real estate agent to assist with selling the subdivided property.  

The light, bright, modern and comfortable new house has turned out beautifully. We are pleased to say that our clients have already begun making many happy memories with family and friends in their new home.
